Black Dwarf :-

A black dwarf is a theoretical stellar remnant, specifically a white dwarf that has cooled sufficiently that it no longer emits significant heat or light.
Black Dwarf, dead starBecause the time required for a white dwarf to reach this state is calculated to be longer than the current age of the universe (13.8 billion years), no black dwarfs are expected to exist in the universe now, and the temperature of the coolest white dwarfs is one observational limit on the age of the universe.Once a star has evolved to become a white dwarf, it no longer has an internal source of heat, and is shining only because it is still hot. Like something taken from the oven, left alone a white dwarf will cool down until it is the same temperature as its surroundings. Unlike tonight’s dinner, which cools by convection, conduction, and radiation, a white dwarf cools only by radiation.

A black dwarf is what would be left (hypothetically) when a white dwarf lost all it's energy. Therefore the energy would be zero and the temperature would be the same as space, 2-3 degrees K.it will take over a trillion years for a star to completely cool, and the universe isn't even 14 billion years old yet. The oldest known white dwarfs are about 11 billion years and they are still around 3000 degrees.
